Our Strategic Referral Program is designed for professionals who encounter high-level funding requests and seek a reliable, world-class institution to help bring those projects to closing.

CFI assists Clients worldwide (USA and USA-friendly countries) who want to achieve their business financing objectives. We can assist Clients, Bankers, CPAs, Attorneys, Consultants, and brokers in their attempt to secure funding by working on $1M (USD) to $500M (USD) and much higher funding requests that may require innovative financing and structuring.

Program Overview

As a registered Strategic Referral Source, you can leverage CFI’s extensive network and financial expertise to help your clients secure Debt and Loan Financing. In return, CFI provides a structured, transparent compensation model for all successful fundings.

Referral Compensation Structure

We believe in rewarding the originating source for their role in the funding lifecycle. Our standard referral agreement includes:

Referral Fee: One-Quarter Point (0.25%) of the total gross funded amount.
Eligible Transactions: This fee applies to all successful closings/fundings for Debt and Loan Financing where you are the originating referral source.
Exclusions: Please note that any CFI processing fee and any Equity Ownership, Principal Interest, or Participation components are excluded from the referral fee calculation.

Fast and Reliable Payments

Transparency and timeliness are the pillars of our partnership.

Timing: Referral fees are paid immediately after CFI receives its financial services consulting fee from the Client at the time of closing.
Streamlined Process: We ensure that your compensation is handled with the same professional urgency as the funding itself.

Sub-Referrals and Third Parties

If you have a funding request that originated from another source (a sub-referral), CFI maintains a direct relationship with you as the primary signatory.

Single Point of Payment: CFI pays the full 0.25% referral fee directly to you.
Signatory Responsibility: It is the sole responsibility of the signatory to negotiate and distribute any fees to third-party sources from the 0.25% paid by CFI.

3. Collaborate: Our team will review the project and work toward a successful closing.
4. Get Paid: Receive your referral fee upon the successful funding of the deal.
